Hi. Thanks for visiting my site. I’m Tank by the way. I guess you wanna know who I am and why you should listen to my advice on building muscle and keeping fit. That’s cool.. there’s a lot of disinformation out there and I don’t blame you for wanting me to back myself up. Heres my story…
4 years ago I weighed 8.5 stone (50kg/110lbs). I was SKINNY but despite that I was one of the best all round athletes at my school and I was extremely fit. The thing is, I wanted to gain muscle. I’d always admired bodybuilders and while I didn’t want to get THAT big, I still wanted to gain size.
I wasn’t bullied or picked on or anything like that. I was pretty popular but I just wanted to transform myself.
I began searching for the right ways to build muscle. I subscribed to Men’s Health magazine and I even started watching bodybuilding DVD’s. I realized that most of the information didn’t work for me because it wasn’t inline with my goals. Also, I had to work and study so working out every day, twice a day like some bodybuilder’s did just wasn’t an option. I kept trying to apply their techniques and I got some results but I wasn’t satisfied.
I realized I was seeking advice from the wrong people. Fitness magazines and bodybuilding DVD’s have their place but for what I wanted, they just weren’t right.
I began seeking advice from the right people. Everyday folks like you and me who had spectacular bodies. What were their secrets? How long did it take for them to get ripped and muscular? What did they eat? What supplements did they use? I learned as much as I can and I read tonnes of classic fitness books applying everything and discarding what wasn’t working.
I slowly stumbled upon the correct principles that ensure crazy muscle gain without the fat. I now tip the scales at 83kg (13 stone/183lbs). My confidence has soared and I get chicks literally giving me their numbers. No, I’m not super good looking and I didn’t do this for girls. But it’s a nice side effect of filling out.
It then dawned on me that millions of people out there suffered the same problems as me. I decided to start this website to compile my thoughts, my discoveries and also to share what was and is working for me. I’m not sponsored by anybody and I am not afraid to be very honest about what I think of anything fitness related.
I only support products I believe in and I would never recommend anything that I personally do not believe in.
Anyway.. here’s a brief bio/stats.
